Hello 1212

We officially closed on our new home! What feels like an almost three year process of selling the condo, renting and house hunting is finally over. We feel like we have hit the jackpot and know the wait was worth it to find the best fit house and situation for us. We can't wait to make memories there and turn it into a dream house. Let the packing, projects, construction and chaos begin!

7 Months Old

Mr. Q is seven months old and as adorable as ever. He continues on his path to win the award for best baby (at least in the Elsener family) as he goes with the flow, rarely cries, smiles and laughs throughout the day, eats, sleeps and naps well, and even enjoys the rough love from his older brother. And considering we're in a slightly crazy time in our life with buying a new house, living in a listed rental, and doing construction on the new house, thank god he is such a wonderful little baby!

Quinn's on the move, or at least getting very close. He's up on all fours rocking back and forth and has figured out a forward lunge movement. He rolls and flips all over the floor and is completely happy chewing on toys. I am sure it is just a matter of weeks until he figures out actual crawling. (Note to self: must baby proof new house immediately!)

Along with his delightful personality, he's chubby and plump (see photos of his awesome thighs as proof). He's definitely the biggest of our babies so far. I know all mothers say this, but we seriously love every single thing about Quinn and he's the perfect addition to our team. I want to freeze time because I feel like his baby days are flying by! But at the same time, it's fun to watch him grow and explore the crazy world around him. Happy 7 months baby Q!
