Spelling Bee!

Liv decided to do the 2nd grade spelling bee and we were incredibly proud of her.  She made it to the fourth round, where the judges went rogue off the list with challenge words and almost everybody but five kids went down.

She got "made," "friend," "brother," and went out on "caboose."

Surprise!

Tomorrow is Sam's actual 37th birthday, but our evening is filled with activities (Q's gymnastics class, Dad's night at FUNS, 2nd grade spelling bee, etc).....so the kids and I had a little surprise party when he got home from work tonight to celebrate early.

 Hope all your wishes come true this year love...you deserve it! We love you.

Book Club: Harry Potter

Some second grade girls have been having a book club on and off this year and Liv's good friend Norah decided to host and selected, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone."  There was fun activities, trivia about the book, a sorting hat, a feast and treats at Honeydukes.
