Two Months Old

Quinn is already two months old, even though it feels like he's been part of the family much longer and the weeks have literally flown by (part of that can be attributed to life being hectic with three kids under four!). But he is such an easy-going and generally content baby that it has made our transition to a family of five much easier. He is quite snuggly and still curls his legs up like he's still in the womb which is precious. He's strong and mighty, but still on the smaller size so we are working on plumping him up. His smiles and new coos are as cute as can be and we are loving watching him discover the crazy world around him each day.

God Bless Quinn

Today was sweet baby Quinn's baptism. He's already an excellent Catholic as he didn't cry once and stayed awake and alert during the entire ceremony. Father Ed Salmon, who has married us and baptized the older two, also did the ceremony which means a lot to us. He talked about Quinn beginning his story and for him to be the best he can be at whatever he decides to do, and how as parents it's our responsibility to aid in just that.  And his godmother, Aunt Meg, gave him the perfect card that sums up the day saying, "Whatever you are, be a good one."  We can't wait to see all the great things our mighty Quinn will do and who he will be.
