17 Months Old

Mr. Q has potentially entered his terrible twos about eight months too early.  While he's completely adorable, Quinn has the ability to throw an epic tantrum that involves rolling on the ground and screaming at the top of his lungs.  Yet seconds later can return to happy and smiling.  Quite the little dramatic actor.

Quinn is more sturdy on his feet and able to get up stairs easily and is starting to understand how to come down them. He can climb up on the all the furniture and thinks it's hysterical to run laps on the couch until he falls off onto the floor.  Although his vocab is still limited, he definitely understands everything we say and wants to do absolutely everything the big kids do.

 New words: Uh-oh (our elf's name), no, mine

Favorite foods: Bananas, pizza, mac n cheese, strawberries

Favorite book: "Brown Bear, Brown Bear" and "Dogs"

Favorite activity: Dancing and brushing his teeth

Teeth: Four on top, four on bottom

I can't believe he's almost 1.5 years old (even though most people think he's over two due to his size). I just signed him up for the two's program at First United starting in the fall, but it's hard to imagine him going off to school! Happy 17 months baby Q!
