We were suppose to go to Illumination at the Morton Arboretum last week, but sickness took the household down and we had to reschedule. It's been something I've wanted to do for the last few years, but wanted to make sure Sam came with so I could keep track of my littles in the dark. Despite the frigid temperatures and large crowds, the snowy mile walk through the lighted trees was magical and fun. Maybe not a yearly thing, but fun for a one time experience.
The best part was that Quinn looked like Ralphie's brother and could barely move his arms.
