Somehow my middle man is already seven years old. Graham is an incredibly kind, generous and sweet kid. Over the past year, we've watched him become such a good friend to all his buddies. He's always the first one to pat a friend on the back or wrap his arms around a friend in an embrace. He's got a little bit of Rizzo in him with all the touchy-feely stuff, but it's a great quality to have and comes from such a good place. His list of friends continues to grow and we're eagerly encouraging him to be friends with as many kids as possible.
Graham's athletic dominance continues from sport to sport. After being named an all-star in T-ball as only a kindergartener, he excelled and was a leader in soccer despite his team struggling. His basketball season has been epic so far and he clearly has the talent and skill of his mother :) And he's gearing up for his last year on the Pumas this spring which should be a good season. Go G (says your crazy competitive parents)!
Grahamie is doing great in first grade. His reading levels keep increasing and he loves reading graphic novels, especially Amulet and DogMan. Math is definitely his favorite and strongest subject. His writing is getting better and more descriptive as well. He's a leader in his class and it makes us very proud of him.
Overall, we are lucky to have such a compassionate, easy-going and thoughtful kid. He is as sweet as he is handsome. We can't wait to see what's in store for him now that he's seven!
