2.5 Years Old!

Our now big-boy Graham is boy through and through as he turns 2.5 years old.  He loves all things sports and wants to be throwing, hitting, catching or kicking balls constantly. His imaginary play of sports is hysterical and he most often ends up on the floor after each play. Graham is actually impressively coordinated for his age and can even throw the baseball up to himself and hit it with a bat. He's currently illegally playing in Liv's tball class with 3-4 year olds and keeping up more than some of the actual participants. His love of sports has carried over to his wardrobe, where he insists on a daily basis to wear his Blackhawks tshirt with his soccer sport shorts with socks and crocs. It's a good look.

Since Quinn's arrival, Graham has declared he is a big boy and taken on the older brother role seamlessly.  No more little spoons, booster seats or cut up hot dogs will do for him anymore. He often likes to tell you he is four years old as well. But he's incredibly sweet with Q and loves to hold him and kiss his head. And "Ya-Ya" (Liv) and Graham are two little buds who play exceptionally well together the majority of the time. Recently they like to play house, art class and school together. I'm incredibly proud of how well they have adapted to the new baby and how independent they both are.

Graham is our family comedian and has excellent comedic timing.  He totally knows he's entertaining and really delivers for a crowd, mostly our family.  At the same time, he has his sweet and sensitive side to him to balance his often goofy and crazy-self. I know he's going to do great at school this fall and am confident he will love it.
