We've officially lived at 1212 N. Euclid for one year today. And in just 365 days, the house has really come together and felt like home. No regrets about our purchase and we love it here. There will always be projects to do (and my list keeps growing), but we've managed to check quite a bit off in our first year as well (all interior painted, new dishwasher, first floor exterior painted, new patio and sod, laundry room redo, playroom upgrade, installed garbage disposal, decorated kids rooms, new rugs, new light fixtures, etc).
