Speech

This special fella got an evaluation through early intervention today-- and yes he did wear his baseball helmet and fireman boots throughout the entire evaluation.  I think they were shocked when he passed the cognitive and emotional aspects and gross/fine motor stuff with flying colors.  They also declared he is the only child they've ever seen sort multiple objects of the same colors in groups like he did. So he's got that going for him.

Quinn did qualify for speech, which is why I had the evaluation to begin with. He was his normal chatty self with the therapists and they were impressed by the variety of his language skills, his use of pronouns and tenses, and the length of his sentences and details.  Yet they agreed about the clarity of his speech needing some help.  So we being speech therapy and hopefully some minor corrections and help with make him a little easier to understand.
